Hi, I'm Bryan
Software engineer. Five years building, four of them moving money in fintech. Now I build AI agents that run without a human behind them. Next stop: Nexor AI.
About
I left Industrial Civil Engineering in 2021 after I found programming. Three months studying full time, then my first developer job. After that came four years of fintech: international transfers, savings and investments at MACH, and Mercado Pago's cash flows for Chile, Argentina, Mexico and Brazil at Mercado Libre. Today I lead the technical agility of an engineering team at Sunix, where I built the AI agent platform that runs sales and support, its MCP server, its CMS and SDK, and the CI/CD behind all of it. I spend my time on agents and MCP tooling because that is where the interesting problems are right now.

Skills
Kapso
DokployWhat I am building
Most of my current work lives in one product: a platform of AI agents and the tooling around it.
Sunix AI Agent Platform
Platform of AI agents that handle sales and support end to end, on web and WhatsApp, with human on the loop. Skills layer, knowledge bases, integrations, and an MCP server that exposes the whole platform as tools scoped by role, so any MCP client can operate it and the product is not driven only from a dashboard. Built on the Claude, OpenAI and Gemini APIs, with vector search in pgvector.
Sunix CMS and integration SDK
The product's content management system and the SDK that mounts its chat in any application with a few lines of code.
NexusTML, industrial maintenance
Mobile app for industrial maintenance, running in production at a plastics plant. Work orders and corrective requests over multiple assets, preventive plans with their own frequency, execution with critical safety controls (AST and LOTO), time and spare part tracking, photo evidence, and an operations dashboard with MTBF, MTTR and the assets that fail the most. Close to 1,900 work orders and 175 requests handled so far.
CuidaRed, telemedicine
Telemedicine platform in production for a network of health centers. Multi-organization and multi-center agenda with day, week and month views, booking by video, in person or phone against real availability, patient records, a WhatsApp inbox with templates and confirmation tracking, referrals, incidents, billing and reports. The screenshots are anonymized.
How I got here
No bootcamp and no computer science degree. I left an engineering career, taught myself to code, and spent the following years in systems where mistakes cost money.

Teaching assistant at Universidad de O'Higgins
Rancagua, Chile
Teaching assistant in Programming, Differential Equations and Physics for engineering students. Teaching it is what got me into writing code.

I left engineering school for code
Rancagua, Chile
I found programming and dropped Industrial Civil Engineering. Three months locked in studying full time, then my first developer job at Tactech.

Four years moving money
Chile
International transfers, savings and investments at MACH. Mercado Pago's cash flows for four countries at Mercado Libre. Systems where a bug costs real money.

All in on agents
Chile
Leading the technical agility of an engineering team while I build a platform of autonomous agents and the MCP tooling to operate it.

Next: Nexor AI
San Francisco
The next turn I am aiming for. Same move as 2021: leave what is comfortable and go where the problems are new.
Nexor, this one is for you
I was waiting for this opportunity. I have been following what you build because you are building things that do not exist, and that is the team I want to be in. I am sure enough about it that I am paying for my own ticket to San Francisco to start with the team right away.
